MEKANISMEPASAR SEBAGAI PENENTU HARGA (ANALISIS PEMIKIRAN IBN TAIMIYAH)

In the perspective of the Islamic concept of the price is not much different from the modern economy. But in Islam has always emphasized the role of ethics (moral values). Basically, Islam has been described that a fair price is the price established by the market forces that run freely, the meeting between the forces of demand and supply. The concept of the proposed price of IbnTaymiyya is not much different from what has been formulated by modern economists. The only difference is the emphasis on ethics and morals. In principle, fair prices occurs when the demand and supply of naturally occurring and balanced (equilibrium price). A fair price according to IbnTaymiyya is the value of the price of goods which the seller sells his wares and generally accepted as being commensurate with the goods sold or other similar goods in a particular place and time. IbnTaymiyyah and very modern economists agree that if the government does not interfere in the determination of prices during a market mechanism walk naturally without any disturbances from the traders and from the buyer

Market Mechanism As Price Determinant (Analysis Thinking of Ibnu Taimiyah)

Ibnu Taimiyyah was a thinker and scholar of Islam who was born in Harran, on January 22, 1263 M (10 or 12 Rabiul Awwal 661 H). He came from a highly educated family. He is the first Muslim scholars which gives great attention to the market and the price mechanism. Ibnu Taimiyyah in the discussion of price often use two terms, namely 'iwad al-mithl (equivalent compensation) and thaman al-mithl (equivalent price ). In price regulation, Ibnu Taimiyyah propose two forms of regulation that is a fair and legal price regulation and regulatory unfair (unjust) and illegal price regulation. This fact certainly raises the question: how does the concept of price and price fixing by the government according to Ibnu Taimiyyah? This study is a library research. Based on the analysis of the data found that the economy policy (ijtihad) made by Ibnu Taimiyyah was the appropriate / suitable policy (ijtihad) with the state of society at that time, based on the Qur'an, the Hadith, and thought at that time. in terms of price concept Ibnu Taimiyyah more emphasis on a fair price means the value of the price of an item is acceptable and commensurate with the goods sold in certain place and time. Regarding the regulation of prices, Ibnu Taimiyyah emphasized that the price defined benefit to all. and prior toprice regulation should be the government held consultations with the representatives of the market and thepeople concerned. This study aims to analyzed contemporary business contract based on muamalah maliyah. The contemporary business contains contract (al-aqd), the term and conditions of contract and its relation with social change. The research method used the library research with the special case study about bay’ al-wafa’. The research results are to anticipate the negative values are conceived and brought about by the social changes in this muamalah issue of Islamic law put forward various principles and rules are used as a benchmark for the validity of a form muamalah created by social change such as bay’ al-wafa’. the fuqaha’ argue that any form of contract there should be objective and will have legal consequences, namely the achievement of the targets. The achievement of the targets will be achieved from the outset of the contract implemented, such as the transfer of ownership from the seller to the buyer

Analisis Pengaruh Taksasi Penjualan Bibit Kelapa Sawit pada Daerah di Kebun Lingkup Unit Marihat Tahun 2021-2023

This research aims to determine the influence and analysis of sales of palm oil seeds in the area around the Marihat unit from the largest percentage of sales of seeds in the current year. This research was carried out at an oil palm plantation in the Marihat unit plantation in January 2023. This research used a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting secondary data obtained from the company. The research data were analyzed using the t test at a real level of 5%. The results of the research show that the accuracy of e-census in taxation is that there is a significant difference between the e-census fresh fruit bunch yields and the actual production fresh fruit bunch yields expressed in the difference between fresh fruit bunches and the percentage error. The results of this research show that the use of e-census in assessing palm oil production provides inaccurate results in terms of production realization by reviewing the factors that cause production targets to decrease

Inventory, Preservation and Digitalization of Manuscripts as a Historical Source in Jambi

Inventory, preservation and digitization activities at the Jambi City Museum are activities motivated by information on the large number of manuscript collections at the Jambi Museum which have not been preserved and digitized. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to analyze and describe inventory, preservation and digitization activities at the Jambi City Museum. This community service uses a Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach. The results of this dedication show that many of the manuscripts that are in the Jambi City Museum and which are still in the private collection of the community are historical sources for Jambi City. To record these manuscripts, an inventory was carried out. Meanwhile, to maintain the preservation of manuscripts at the Jambi City Museum, physical and non-physical preservation activities as well as digitization of manuscripts were carried out. This article argues that there are still some deficiencies which are considered for evaluation by the Jambi City Museum regarding the preservation of manuscripts as historical sources in Jambi. Both related to improving the quality of human resources, the availability of tools and equipment for preservation, as well as the involvement of various parties in the process of preserving manuscripts

BAY’ AL-WAFA’: PERMASALAHAN DAN SOLUSI DALAM IMPLEMENTASINYA

Contract Bay al-Wafa’ is one form of sale and purchase agreement that emerged in the mid-fifth century AH in Central Asia (Bukhara and Balk). Contract bay al-wafa' is a conditional sale and purchase, where goods that have been sold can be bought back by the seller at the same price. This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews as the main instrument for data collection. This study took place in three districts, namely North Labuhan Batu district, Madina and Serdang Berdagai district. The cause of the emergence of the practice of contract bay al-Wafa’ among the people of North Sumatra due to: the needs of society to meet the needs of families and their survival and continuation of education, transactions carried out by the public by using of bay al-wafa' is a perceived risk of business activities lighter., very helpful and useful and the process is very simple, easy and quick to be realized, and the practice of contract bay al-wafa' in North Sumatra have a different names they use, but the form of what they do and goals to be achieved are the same, there are three terms that are found in the life of society, namely: Taxation, Pagang Pawn and Sell Pawn. The form of practice is likened to someone who needs money / funds for the needs of children's school fees or other needs in the family, they sell / pawn their farms, rice fields or their yards to get costs / funds, with the agreement if the funds obtained had been able to be restored, the farms, rice fields or the yards that serve as the object of transaction returned to the proprietor owner of farms, rice fields or yards. During the time the money can not be returned by the owner of the farms, rice fields or yards as long as it also the buyer or recipient had been able to take benefit from the land. What do these people seemed okay by them due to the lack of gharar factor or deception among them, instead they have been helped and easier their problem, by that the walfare is creted and refuse the badness in their lives, this is what required by Islamic law. Can not be denied that 'urf or culture instrumental fills a legal vacuum that never exist in al-Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, especially related to muamalah, contract bay al-wafa' is a form of transaction that is anchored in the istihsan 'urfy

Strategi Politik Ekonomi Islam

Perkembangan ekonomi Islam sedang mengalami kemajuan yang cukup pesat. Hal ini ditandai dengan berkembangnya lembaga-lembaga keuangan syari’ah yang berdiri seiring dengan upaya percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Salah satu karakteristik sistem ekonomi Islam adalah adanya tuntutan untuk lebih mengutamakan aspek hukum dan etika bisnis Islami. Dalam sistem ekonomi Islam terdapat suatu keharusan untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syari’ah dan etika bisnis yang Islami. Secara filosofis, prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam tersebut mencakup atas: prinsip ibadah (al-tauhid), persamaan (al-musawat), kebebasan (al-hurriyat), keadilan (al-‘adl), tolong-menolong (al-ta’awun) dan toleransi (al-tasamuh). Politik ekonomi Islam memberikan daya tawar positif bagi percepatan pembangunan ekonomi melalui kemitraan usaha dengan kalangan usaha kecil dan menengah. Pemberdayaan ekonomi syari’ah melalui kemitraan usaha antara lembaga keuangan syari’ah dan usaha kecil menengah dengan mengembangkan kegiatan usaha sektor riil dalam bidang pertanian, industri, perdagangan dan jasa dan lembaga keuangan syari’ah perlu terus dilakukan untuk mendorong percepatan pembangunan ekonomi nasional dan usaha untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia
